North Melbourne ruckman Majak Daw is yet to start discussion with the club about a new deal, with many clubs said to be interested according to the Herald Sun.

The Herald Sun is reporting that the struggling Brisbane Lions have already made an inquiry as to whether Majak Daw will be available on the trade table come the end of the season.

The first Sudanese-born player to play in the AFL has been in and out of the side in recent seasons, due to the dominance of Todd Goldstein in the ruck division.

Daw was a shining light recently in the game against the Bombers, where he kicked two goals and took a number of marks around the ground, predominantly playing as the number one ruckman for the day.
